Nombe Celebrates SF Beer Week 2/5 – 2/14

In addition to our special pairing event with Magnolia Brewery on Thurday, February 11th, Nombe is proudly  offering two special menus during SF Beer Week.  Either menu is served with 7 oz pours of listed brews along with a platter  of Nombe plates: 

The Bay Area Beer Pairing: ( Anchor Steam Liberty Ale, Firestone Double Barrel IPA, Lagunitas IPA, Prohibition ) 

Wings, fried potatoes, assorted yakitori, brussels sprouts

 Japanese MicroBrew Pairing: 

 Yebisu malt / Hiramasa with fried shallots, ponzu dressing OR Simmered spicy tofu with mustard greens and sesame

 Echigo rice lager / Beer tempura mushrooms with hatcho miso sauce, nori

 Echigo rice stout / hops cured ham with egg OR fried potatoes and brussels sprouts with shichimi togarashi and garlic aioli

 Beniaki red rice amber / Pork tonkatsu OR Satsuma imo korokke tonkatsu sauce fried baby vegetables with hops, lemon aioli

 Hatchiro ginger brew / Bitter chocolate doughnuts
